Course Overview
The CQHE Level 7 Diploma in Project Management is tailored for senior managers overseeing projects, providing an in-depth understanding of the key topics required to manage business projects in a complex and ever-evolving environment. It equips learners with the essential skills and competencies needed to effectively plan, monitor, control, and deliver successful projects, programmes, and portfolios. - An honours degree or relevant CQHE Level 6 Diploma or an equal qualification.
