Course Overview
The CQHE Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management qualification has been crafted to address the requirements of senior and middle managers in effectively managing their businesses, with the aim of enabling their progression to higher positions within their organisations. Managers must possess awareness of pertinent issues, analyse potential outcomes and consequences, and make informed decisions accordingly. While they do not need expertise in all areas of business, they must possess a general understanding of available specialist facilities and services to fulfil their roles effectively. The program encompasses contemporary topics that reflect key issues within the 21st-century business environment, as well as the latest advancements in management research. This programme consists of six mandatory units covering a range of topics with a total of 120 credits for the entire programme.
