Course Overview
The objective of the CQHE Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Education Management and Leadership is to foster learners’ understanding of policy, management theory, and practical applications within the education sector. This qualification offers learners an opportunity to engage with the challenges encountered by professionals and policymakers in their respective countries, thereby enhancing their ability to operate effectively as managers in education. By combining theoretical knowledge with practical insights, the program aims to develop and enhance skills in leading change, optimising performance, and team leadership within the education profession. This programme consists of six mandatory units covering a range of topics with a total of 120 credits for the entire programme.
Entry Requirements:
- An honours degree or an equal qualification.

- Mature students (over 21) having substantial management level experience.
- English language competency
Progression Pathway:
Successful completion of the CQHE Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Education Management and Leadership leads learners to pursue various employment roles within education administration and/or management.
