Course Overview
The CQHE Level 5 Diploma in Law qualification aims to provide learners with opportunities to deepen their knowledge and understanding of core legal principles while building essential professional and research skills. This qualification is designed to offer a broad spectrum of legal knowledge and understanding, equipping learners with the skills crucial for a successful career in law. Additionally, the qualification provides the foundational legal knowledge necessary for preparation for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination. This programme consists of six mandatory units covering a range of topics with a combined total of 120 credits for the entire programme.
Entry Requirements:
- Relevant CQHE Level 4 Diploma or equal qualification.
or
- GCE Advanced Level three passes or equal certification.
or
- Mature students (over 21) having relevant executive level experience.
- English language competency
Progression Pathway:
Upon successful completion of the CQHE Level 5 Diploma in Law, learners have the opportunity to advance to further study or pursue employment.
