Course Overview
The objective of the CQHE Level 4 Diploma in Project Management is to enhance learners’ practical project management skills and prepare them to work in diverse contexts. The Level 4 units offer an introduction to essential project management principles and practices. These units encompass both theoretical and practical content, enabling learners to acquire knowledge and skills in project management, people management, business finance, and business marketing. Additionally, learners will understand the importance of reflecting on their current practices, identifying their own learning needs, and pursuing professional development. This programme consists of six mandatory units covering a range of topics with a total of 120 credits for the entire programme.
Entry Requirements:
- Relevant CQHE Level 3 Diploma or equal qualification.

- GCE Advanced Level two passes or equal certification.
or
- Mature students (over 21) having relevant executive level experience.
- English language competency
Progression Pathway:
Upon successful completion of the CQHE Level 4 Diploma in Project Management, learners will be well-equipped to progress to university studies and to enter the workforce in their chosen sector.
