Course Overview
The aim of the CQHE Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management is to provide learners with essential knowledge, understanding, and skills for a career or advanced studies in health and social care at a managerial level. This programme enables learners to showcase their skills through practical evidence gathered from work or training activities. The curriculum integrates both theoretical and practical aspects of the sector, focusing on enhancing competencies in equality and diversity, professional development, patient assessment, resource management, effective communication, and health and safety. The programme consists of six mandatory units covering a range of business topics with a total of 120 credits for the entire programme.
Entry Requirements:
- Relevant CQHE Level 3 Diploma or equal qualification.

- GCE Advanced Level two passes or equal certification.
or
- Mature students (over 21) having relevant executive level experience.
- English language competency
