Course Overview
The aim of the CQHE Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management is to provide learners with the fundamental knowledge, understanding, and skills necessary for a career in the health and social care sector, specifically at the levels of support worker, senior support worker, or care assistant. This program enables learners to showcase their abilities by presenting evidence from their work activities, aligning with national occupational standards. The programme consists of six mandatory units covering a range of topics with a total of 60 credits for the entire programme.
Entry Requirements:
- GCE Ordinary Level or equal qualification
- Learner must be 18 years or older at the beginning of the course
- English language competency
Progression Pathway:
Successful completion of the CQHE Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management leads learners to pursue a variety of academic opportunities, including the CQHE Level 4 qualifications related to Health and Social Care Management.
