CQHE Approved Center is a training provider or educational establishment that provides delivery and assessment of CQHE qualifications. All centers are recognized, approved, and regulated by the CQHE Awarding Body, and all organizations wishing to offer CQHE qualifications must apply to become a CQHE Approved Center. This status is only granted to organizations that have the capacity and capability to comply with our regulations, therefore rights to offer CQHE qualifications cannot be achieved without applying for this process.
CQHE delivers its certifications through a global network of centers. We always welcome new centers that want to offer our fascinating qualifications. In addition to becoming a CQHE accredited center to deliver our courses, we can also endorse your own internal Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs. We strive to process new center approvals within 21 working days of receiving your application and paperwork, and we will guide you through the approval process.
Stage 01
- To become a CQHE centre, prospective centres must first fill out an online Expression of Interest (EOI) form.
- A CQHE representative will contact the potential centre to set up an online meeting to review requirements and guide them through the approval process.
- At this point, the Centre submits supporting documentation and pays the Centre Fees. Please visit the Fee Schedule for further information.
Stage 02
- The successful centre receives an official notification and an agreement to complete.
- CQHE contacts the centre to schedule a centre approval visit, if necessary.
Stage 03
- CQHE aims to process new centre approvals within 21 working days after receiving the application and documents.
- Partner will receive a Welcome email, along with the CQHE Approved Centre Certificate, Partner Logos, and Partner Portal Login credentials.
